Symptoms

You can tell if call forwarding is enabled by looking for this icon  in the status bar.

In rare instances, the icon may appear (or not appear) as expected.

Resolution

If you notice the call-forwarding icon appears when this feature is not enabled, or doesn't appear when it is enabled, try the following:

  • Restart your iPhone.
  • Check Call Forwarding status by tapping Settings > Phone, and then tap the Call Forwarding option.
