Resolution

Try the following steps:

  • Check to see if an update is available from the developer of the application.
    1. Open the App Store from your iPhone or iPod touch and tap Updates. You'll see a list of available application updates.
    2. Tap the application to see more information about the update.
    3. Tap Free > Install to update.
    4. Enter your iTunes Store password if prompted.
  • If the issue persists, contact the developer of the application to report the issue. To locate a developer's support website, navigate to the App Store and search for the application. The developer's website is listed on the app's product information page.
