Symptoms

While you are logged in as an Active Directory user, the Change Client Settings task in Remote Desktop may not work. This alert may appear:

"An unexpected error occurred while creating a custom installer.
Please try again."

Resolution

Update to Remote Desktop 3.3 or later.
