Symptom
Följande meddelande kan visas i iTunes 8 när du ansluter en iPhone eller en iPod touch till din Windows-dator eller när du försöker synkronisera med enheten:

Lösning 1
Kontrollera att du har uppdaterat till den senaste versionen av iTunes.
Lösning 2
Det här felet kan orsakas av för gamla versioner av Symantec Endpoint Protection. Om Symantec Endpoint Protection är installerat på datorn bör du kontrollera att det är uppdaterat till Manufacturer Release 3 eller senare.
Lösning 3
Om du har några tredje parts bricopacks som Vista Ultimate Inspirat 2 installerade på datorn kan du ta bort dem för att lösa problemet.
