Устранение неисправностей
Решение 1
Убедитесь, что установлена последняя версия iTunes.
Решение 2
Причиной возникновения этой проблемы могут стать устаревшие версии программы Symantec Endpoint Protection. При наличии этой программы на компьютере убедитесь в том, что она обновлена до третьей или более поздней версии.
Решение 3
Если на компьютере установлены сторонние пакеты Bricopack, например Vista Ultimate Inspirat 2, удалите их для устранения проблемы.
