Mensagem de aviso "Não foi possível carregar a informação de classe de dados a partir dos serviços de sincronização" no iTunes 8 para Windows
Sintomas
Quando ligar um iPhone ou iPod touch a um computador com Windows ou quando tentar efectuar a sincronização com o dispositivo, o iTunes 8 poderá apresentar a seguinte mensagem:
"O iTunes não conseguiu carregar a informação de classe de dados a partir dos serviços de sincronização"

Resolução
Solução 1
Assegure-se de que possui a versão mais recente do iTunes.
Solução 2
Este problema pode ser causado por versões antigas do Symantec Endpoint Protection. Se o Symantec Endpoint Protection estiver instalado no computador, verifique se foi actualizado para o Manufacturer Release 3 ou versão posterior.
Solução 3
Se tiver Bricopacks de terceiros instalados no computador, como o Vista Ultimate Inspirat 2, elimine-os para resolver o problema.
