Waarschuwingsbericht "kan geen informatie over gegevensklassen uit de synchronisatievoorzieningen laden" in iTunes 8 voor Windows
Symptomen
Mogelijk verschijnt in iTunes 8 het volgende bericht wanneer u een iPhone of iPod touch op uw Windows-computer aansluit of wanneer u met uw apparaat probeert te synchroniseren:
"iTunes kan geen informatie over gegevensklassen uit de synchronisatievoorzieningen laden"

Oplossing
Oplossing 1
Zorg ervoor dat u de update naar de nieuwste versie van iTunes hebt uitgevoerd.
Oplossing 2
Dit probleem kan worden veroorzaakt door verouderde versies van Symantec Endpoint Protection. Als Symantec Endpoint Protection op uw systeem is geïnstalleerd, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de software is bijgewerkt naar Manufacturer Release 3 of hoger.
Oplossing 3
Als u bricopacks van andere leveranciers, zoals Vista Ultimate Inspirat 2, op dit systeem hebt geïnstalleerd, verwijdert u deze om dit probleem te verhelpen.
