증상
Windows용 컴퓨터에 iPhone이나 iPod touch를 연결하거나 다른 기기와 동기화 하려고 할 때 다음과 같은 메시지가 나타날 수 있습니다.
"iTunes가 동기화 서비스에서 데이터 클래스 정보를 로드할 수 없습니다."

해결 방법 1
최신 버전의 iTunes로 업데이트했는지 확인하십시오.
해결 방법 2
Symantec Endpoint Protection의 버전이 오래되어 문제가 발생했을 수 있습니다. Symantec Endpoint Protection이 시스템에 설치되어 있으면 Manufacturer Release 3 이상으로 업데이트 되었는지 확인하십시오.
