現象
iPhone または iPod touch を Windows コンピュータに接続したり、同期する際、iTunes に次のメッセージが表示されることがあります。

解決方法
解決方法 1
iTunes が 最新バージョン にアップデートされていることを確認してください。
解決方法 2
Symantec Endpoint Protection のバージョンが古いと、この問題が発生する場合があります。 お使いのシステムに Symantec Endpoint Protection がインストールされている場合は、 Manufacturer Release 3 以降にアップデートされていることを確認してください。
解決方法 3
このシステムにインストールされている Vista Ultimate Inspirat 2 のような他社製の Bricopacks がインストールされている場合は、これを削除すると問題が解決されます。
