Risoluzione
Soluzione 1
Assicurati di disporre dell'ultima versione di iTunes.
Soluzione 2
Questo problema potrebbe essere provocato da una versione non aggiornata di Symantec Endpoint Protection. Se hai installato Symantec EndPoint Protection sul tuo sistema, verifica che sia aggiornato almeno alla versione 3.
Soluzione 3
Se hai installato sul tuo sistema un software Bricopack come Vista Ultimate Inspirat 2, rimuovilo per risolvere il problema.
