Symptome
Wenn Sie ein iPhone oder einen iPod touch an Ihren Windows Computer anschließen oder das Gerät mit dem Computer synchronisieren möchten, wird möglicherweise die folgende Fehlermeldung in iTunes 8 angezeigt:

Lösung
Lösung 1
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie auf die neueste Version von iTunes aktualisiert haben.
Lösung 2
Das Problem kann durch veraltete Versionen von Symantec Endpoint Protection verursacht werden. Falls Symantec Endpoint Protection auf Ihrem System installiert ist, vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Anwendung mindestens auf die Herstellerversion 3 aktualisiert wurde.
Lösung 3
Falls Sie Drittanbieter-Bricopacks wie Vista Ultimate Inspirat 2 auf Ihrem System installiert haben, entfernen Sie diese im Sinne der Fehlerbehebung.
