Mail may unexpectedly quit with Safari 4 and GrowlMail installed

Symptoms
After you install Safari 4, Mail may unexpectedly quit when opened if a third-party Mail plugin (GrowlMail) is installed.
Resolution
This may occur if you have the third-party GrowlMail plugin installed, as well as Safari 4. You can manually remove GrowlMail with these steps:
- In the Finder, choose Go to Folder from the Go menu.
- Go to this folder (type or paste the following):
~/Library/Mail/Bundles
- Remove any Growl plugins from the folder.
- In the Finder, choose Go to Folder from the Go menu.
- Go to this folder (type or copy and paste the following, which is slightly different than step 2):
/Library/Mail/Bundles -
Remove any Growl plugins from this folder as well.
You should now be able to open and use Mail.
