解決
您只能使用 [應用程式] 檔案夾中的 Mail.app
Mail.app 應該位於 Mac OS X 所在卷宗的 [應用程式] 檔案夾內 (您可從 [前往] 選單選擇 [應用程式]，查看是否在那裡)。
如果您透過替身或 Dock 圖像存取 Mail，請在替身/圖像上按住 Control 或按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後從文字選單中選擇 [顯示於 Finder] 或 [顯示原項目]。此時原項目會出現，而且應該在 [應用程式] 檔案夾中 (但不在 [上一版系統] 檔案夾的 [應用程式] 檔案夾中)。如果在 [應用程式] 中，請前往下一節。

更新或移除協力廠商外掛模組
如果問題仍存在，請將已安裝的任何 Mail 協力廠商外掛模組更新至最新版本。例如，有兩個協力廠商外掛模組的舊版本可能會導致此問題，分別為 OMIC 和 GPGMail。
如果更新外掛模組未解決問題，請嘗試移除它們：
- 如果正在執行 Mail，請將其關閉。
- 從 Finder 的 [前往] 選單中，選擇 [前往檔案夾]。
- 前往 ~/Library/Mail/Bundles 檔案夾。
- 刪除檔案夾的內容。
