解决
此问题可通过执行以下步骤来解决：
- 下载并安装最新版本的 iTunes。此外，也可通过选取“帮助”>“检查更新”或使用 Apple 软件更新来在 iTunes 中检查更新。
- 打开 iTunes。
- 选取“编辑”>“偏好设置”。
- 选择“设备”标签。
- 点按“还原同步历史记录”按钮，然后点按“确定”。
- 同步 iPhone 或 iPod。
- 同步过程中，系统将会给出联系方式间的冲突列表。 针对各冲突，选择带有正确生日日期的联系方式。
- 完成选择所有正确联系方式后，选择“同步”选项以同步更改。
