如果回復 iPhone，您可能會看到這個提示訊息：
“由於您目前沒有連接 Internet，因此 iTunes 無法聯絡 iPhone 軟體更新伺服器。請確定您的 Internet 連線正常，並且再試一次。”
下載 iPod 和 iPhone 軟體更新項目時需要連上 Internet。不過如果您可以使用 Internet Explorer 連上 Internet，而且也可以存取 iTunes Store，請參閱以下的解決方法來解決此問題。
