Mac OS X Server 10.4.1: Weblog is missing after restart

Symptoms

In some cases, a user's blog may not appear online after restarting a 10.4 Server that hosts weblogs. This issue may occur until the default blog template is changed.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, update to Mac OS X Server 10.4.1 and instruct users to log into to their blogs. The issue will resolve itself on a per-user basis as each affected user logs in.
