Resolution

  1. From the Apple menu, choose About This Mac.

  2. In the resulting window, click More Info to open System Profile.

  3. In the System Profile window, select AirPort Card from the left column under Hardware or Network.

  4. If the panel to the right displays "No information found," your computer may not detect your AirPort card. Your card needs to be replaced. Visit the Online Service Assistant to order a replacement AirPort Card online.
  5. If your Mac recognizes your Airport Card, but you are still unable to connect to your network try the steps in the Airport Troubleshooting Guide.
