MobileMe: Syncing data between Outlook or Windows Contacts and MobileMe Contacts may result in some fields missing

Symptoms
When you sync data between Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Vista Contacts, or Windows Address Book and MobileMe Contacts, some details from your contacts may not sync completely. Some fields for your contacts may be removed. This can happen due to a lack of full compatibility for all data fields between these applications.
This may also happen while syncing from PC to PC. Each computer may use the same contacts program, but passing the data through MobileMe may not sync the incompatible fields. For instance, you may have a PC with Outlook and sync your contacts to MobileMe, then use a second PC with Outlook to sync the contacts down from MobileMe to Outlook on the second PC. The affected fields may still not sync if they not currently supported.
Resolution
Please review Resetting data from MobileMe to your computer may result in incomplete contact and calendar data before you sync your Contacts data to MobileMe. In addition to custom fields that you design yourself, here are the fields which currently may not appear appear following a sync.
