使用 Exchange ActiveSync 帐户时，电子邮件附件可能无法下载。轻按附件开始下载时，会出现一个不停转动的圆环。

解决

请确保 Exchange 服务器满足系统要求：Exchange Server 2003 SP2（或更新）或 Exchange Server 2007 SP1（或更新）。
