Archived - iOS: Exchange ActiveSync email attachments do not download
When using an Exchange ActiveSync account, email attachments may not download. Tapping the attachment to start the download shows a spinning wheel which never stops.
Ensure your Exchange Server meets the system requirements: Exchange Server 2003 SP2 (or later), Exchange Server 2007 SP1 (or later), or Exchange Server 2010.
