iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Microsoft Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 may not display contacts and calendars after sync

Symptoms
When syncing Contacts or Calendars between an iPhone, iPad, or an iPod touch and Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, or Outlook 2010, changes that you synced to your computer may not appear in Outlook even after the sync has been completed.
Resolution
If you encounter this issue, you will need to "refresh" Outlook. This can be done by following these steps:
- If Outlook is open, quit and reopen it.
- From the Go menu in Outlook, choose Folder List. You can also click the Folder icon in the lower-left portion of the Outlook window:

- In the folder view, expand your contacts and calendars. Your contacts groups and all your calendars should appear.

- Click Calendars or Contacts again in the Outlook navigation window to return to your normal view. Your contacts or calendars should now appear.
If these steps do not resolve this issue, you may need to quit Outlook and reopen it again.
