解決
解決方法 1 (Mac 和 Windows)
- 更新到最新版 iTunes。
- 打開 iTunes 並嘗試回復或更新 iPod。
解決方法 2 (僅限 Windows)
- 這可能是防間諜軟體導致 iTunes 無法正確安裝造成的。SpyCatcher 即是這類軟體之一。請暫時停用此軟體並重新安裝 iTunes 7.0.2 或以上版本。
- 打開 iTunes 並嘗試回復或更新 iPod。
解決方法 3 (僅限 Windows)
- 結束 iTunes。
- 在 Windows 檔案總管中找到 iPodUpdaterExt.dll 檔案。您通常可以在下列位置找到這個檔案：
C:\Program Files\iTunes - 在 Windows Vista 的開始選單上，依序按一下 [所有程式]、[附屬應用程式] 和 [執行]。或者，在 Windows XP 和 2000 中，從開始選單按一下 [執行]。
