iPod을 업데이트하거나 복원할 때 나타나는 오류 1413
증상
일부 고객의 경우 iTunes 7 이상에서 iPod을 업데이트하거나 복원하려고 할 때 1413 오류 메시지가 나타날 수 있습니다. iTunes에 "알 수 없는 오류가 발생했습니다." 메시지와 오류 번호 1413이 차례로 표시된 대화상자가 나타납니다.

해결
해결 방법 1(Mac 및 Windows)
- 최신 버전의 iTunes로 업데이트합니다.
- iTunes를 열고 iPod을 복원하거나 업데이트합니다.
해결 방법 2(Windows 전용)
- 이 증상은 스파이웨어 방지 소프트웨어로 인해 iTunes가 제대로 설치되지 않기 때문일 수 있습니다. 이러한 응용 프로그램 중 하나가 SpyCatcher입니다. 이 소프트웨어를 일시적으로 비활성화한 다음 iTunes 7.0.2 이상을 다시 설치합니다.
- iTunes를 열고 iPod을 복원하거나 업데이트합니다.
해결 방법 3(Windows 전용)
- iTunes를 종료합니다.
- Windows 탐색기에서 iPodUpdaterExt.dll 파일을 찾습니다. 이 파일은 일반적으로 다음 위치에 있습니다.
C:\Program Files\iTunes - Windows Vista의 경우 시작 메뉴에서 모든 프로그램, 보조프로그램, 실행을 차례로 클릭합니다. 또는 Windows XP 및 2000인 경우 시작 메뉴에서 실행을 클릭합니다.
- 열기 필드에 cmd를 입력하고 확인을 클릭합니다.
- 명령 프롬프트에 regsvr32와 공백을 입력합니다.
- 아래 예에서처럼 dll 경로를 입력합니다.
regsvr32 "c:\Program Files\iTunes\iPodUpdaterExt.dll" - Enter 키를 누르면 다음과 같은 내용의 대화상자가 나타납니다.
c:\Program Files\iTunes\iPodUpdaterExt.dll의 DllRegisterServer가 성공했습니다.
- 확인을 클릭하고 명령 윈도우를 닫습니다.
- iTunes를 열고 iPod을 복원하거나 업데이트합니다.
