Errore 1413 durante l'aggiornamento o il ripristino di un iPod
Sintomi
Alcuni clienti potrebbero visualizzare un errore 1413 durante il tentativo di aggiornamento o ripristino dell'iPod in iTunes 7 o versioni successive. iTunes visualizza una finestra di dialogo con un messaggio relativo a un errore sconosciuto verificatosi seguita dall'errore numero 1413.

Risoluzione
Soluzione 1 (Mac e Windows)
- Effettua l'aggiornamento all'ultima versione di iTunes.
- Apri iTunes e prova a ripristinare o aggiornare l'iPod.
Soluzione 2 (solo Windows)
- Il problema potrebbe essere provocato da un software antispyware che impedisce la corretta installazione di iTunes. Un esempio di tali applicazioni è SpyCatcher. Disattiva temporaneamente questo software e reinstalla iTunes 7.0.2 o versioni successive.
- Apri iTunes e prova a ripristinare o aggiornare l'iPod.
Soluzione 3 (solo Windows)
- Esci da iTunes.
- Individua il file iPodUpdaterExt.dll in esplora risorse di Windows. In genere si trova nella seguente posizione:
C:\Programmi\iTunes - In Windows Vista, nel menu Start, fai clic su Tutti i programmi, fai clic su Accessori quindi su Esegui. In alternativa, in Windows XP e 2000, nel menu Start fai clic su Esegui.
- Digita cmd nel campoApri quindi fai clic su OK.
- Quando viene richiesto, digita regsvr32 seguito da uno spazio.
- Digita il percorso per accedere al file dll come mostrato nell'esempio di seguito:
regsvr32 "c:\Programmi\iTunes\iPodUpdaterExt.dll" - Premi Invio, dovresti visualizzare una finestra di dialogo con il seguente messaggio:
DllRegisterServer in c:\Programmi\iTunes\iPodUpdaterExt.dll riuscito.
- Fai clic su OK e chiudi la finestra di comando.
- Apri iTunes e prova a ripristinare o aggiornare l'iPod.
