iTunes: Calendar colors do not match between computer and device

Symptoms

When synchronizing calendars with an iPhone or iPod touch using iTunes 7.7 or later and iPhone 2.0 or later software, the colors used for each calendar on the device may not match the colors selected in iCal or other calendar applications with which you are syncing.

Resolution

Update iTunes to iTunes 8.2 or later. Then update your iPhone or iPod touch to iPhone OS 3.0 or later within iTunes. Learn more about updating iPhone OS.
