iPhone 2.0 software: Norway and Russia - Weather application does not return any results

Resolution

A workaround is to temporarily change to another region and add the location.

1. Navigate to Settings > General > International > Region Format.
2. Change the format to any other country.
3. Return to the Home screen by pressing the Home button.
4. Tap Weather from the Home screen, then tap (i) and +.
5. Enter a city name or zip code, then tap search and choose the city you want to add.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any more cities you want to add.
7. After you finished you may want to change the Region Format setting back by repeating steps 1 and 2 appropriately. Note: This may result in the original behavior and in order to add another location will need go through steps 1 to 6 again.
