iPod: Only Apple Logo appears on display when turned on
Symptoms
When you turn on iPod, all you see on the display is the Apple logo. iPod may seem to be restarting over and over.

Resolution
Reset and restore iPod.
- Reset your iPod.
- If the reset was successful, you can now restore iPod.
- If the reset was not successful, connect iPod to power and try the reset again.
- If the reset with power was not successful, iPod may need to be repaired. See the iPod Service Web site.
