iWeb: "This entry no longer exists" error when trying to add or remove comments on blogs published to MobileMe

Symptoms

When attempting to add a comment or remove a comment on an iWeb page published to MobileMe, you may receive the following error:

This entry no longer exists. The entry may have been moved or deleted.

Resolution

This issue can occur if the address of the page you are viewing begins with:
http://web.me.com/membername/iweb

When visiting a page published to a MobileMe account, or when giving out the address to one of your web pages, make sure your address begins with:
http://web.me.com/membername/iWeb

Note: The difference between the two URLs is the W in iWeb is capitalized in the second.
