iTunes 在 Windows 中播放影片租借項目時可能突然結束。目前已知在播放影片租借項目時，如果使用 Windows 側邊欄時鐘 Gadget 更改電腦時間和（或）時區設定，就會發生這個問題。

解決
您從 iTunes Store 將 iTunes 影片租借項目下載到電腦時，有 30 天時間可觀賞影片，而且按下“播放”後必須在 24 小時內看完。所有影片租借項目的到期時間（以及 iTunes 中的所有時間）都以格林威治時間為準，而且會轉換成使用者的電腦時間（電腦的時間、時區和夏令時間設定）。操作或更改電腦時間設定的方式如果錯誤，可能使您在觀賞 iTunes 影片租借項目時產生意外結果。如果您必須更改電腦時間或時區設定，請透過電腦的“控制台”設定，切勿使用時鐘 Widget 或 Windows 側邊欄時鐘 Gadget。
