安装 iTunes for Windows 后光盘驱动器不可见

问题的表现

如果正在运行 Windows Vista，则安装 iTunes for Windows 后可能碰到下列几种症状：

  • 无法识别电脑的光盘驱动器
  • 光盘驱动器未出现在“我的电脑”中，但“设备管理器”中显示光盘驱动器且旁边有一个黄色的“!”（感叹号）
  • 尝试使用光盘驱动器时出现如下对话框“该设备无法启动：代码 10，设备类型 DVD/CD ROM 驱动器”
  • 您收到错误消息“未找到光盘刻录机或软件”

解决

解决方案 1

请向制造商核实以确认所用光盘驱动器是否有更新的软件驱动程序。有关更新 CD 或 DVD 驱动器固件的更多信息，请参阅文章 HT3206。

解决方案 2

  1. 启动 Windows 资源管理器。
  2. 导航至 C:\Windows\system32\drivers\。
  3. 查看是否存在以下 2 个文件。  Windows Vista 不支持下述来自第三方软件供应商的文件，这类文件可导致光盘驱动器发生驱动程序冲突：
    • afs.sys
    • afs2k.sys
  4. 如果发现步骤 3 中所示任一文件，请将其移出 system32 文件夹。  您应将文件存储到硬盘的某一位置，因为部分较早的外围设备可能会需要这些文件。  如果之后使用某一设备时发现需用到上述文件，您可以将它们临时移回 system32 文件夹。
  5. 重新启动 Windows Vista。

  1. 退出 iTunes。
  2. 使用此处提供的步骤手动删除 GEAR 驱动程序软件。
  3. 从“程序和功能”控制面板删除任何单独的 GEAR 软件安装程序（如果有）。
  4. 安装更新的 GEAR 驱动程序。
