Windows용 iTunes를 설치한 후에 광학 드라이브가 더 이상 표시되지 않음

증상

Windows Vista를 실행 중인 경우 Windows용 iTunes를 설치한 후에 다음 증상 중 일부가 나타날 수 있습니다.

  • 컴퓨터의 광학 드라이브를 더 이상 인식할 수 없음
  • 내 컴퓨터에는 광학 드라이브가 나타나지만 장치 관리자에는 광학 드라이브 옆에 노란색 "!" (느낌표)가 표시됨
  • 광학 드라이브를 사용하려고 하면 다음 대화 상자가 표시됨. "이 장치를 시작할 수 없음: 코드 10, 장비 유형 DVD/CD ROM 드라이브"
  • "디스크 굽기 장비나 소프트웨어를 찾을 수 없습니다"라는 오류 메시지가 수신됨

해결 방법 1

광학 드라이브에 대한 업데이트된 소프트웨어 드라이버가 있는지 제조업체에 문의하십시오. CD 또는 DVD 드라이브의 펌웨어 업데이트에 대한 자세한 내용은 HT3206을 참조하십시오.

해결 방법 2

  1. Windows 탐색기를 실행합니다.
  2. C:\Windows\system32\drivers\로 이동합니다.
  3. 다음 두 개 파일 중 하나가 있는지 확인합니다.타사 소프트웨어 공급업체에서 제공한 이러한 파일은 Windows Vista에서 지원되지 않으며 광학 드라이브와 다음과 같은 드라이버 충돌이 생길 수 있습니다.
    • afs.sys
    • afs2k.sys
  4. 3 단계의 파일이 있으면 이 파일을 system32 폴더 외부로 이동합니다.  몇몇 구형 주변기기를 사용하는 데 이 파일이 필요할 수 있으므로 이 파일을 하드 드라이브에 저장해야 합니다.   나중에 장비를 사용하는 데 필요한 경우 일시적으로 이 파일을 system32 폴더로 다시 이동할 수 있습니다.
  5. Windows Vista를 재시동합니다.

해결 방법 3

  1. iTunes를 종료합니다.
  2. here에 나와 있는 단계를 통해 직접 GEAR 드라이버 소프트웨어를 제거합니다.
  3. 프로그램 및 기능 조절판에 독립형 GEAR 소프트웨어 설치 프로그램이 있을 경우 이를 제거합니다.
  4. updated GEAR driver를 설치합니다.
