Det går inte att visa en e-postbilaga på iPhone
Symptom
Vid mottagning av e-postmeddelanden med bilagor (Word-, Excel- eller PDF-filer), som representeras med gemikonen, kan det hända att bilagan inte visas när meddelandet öppnas. Istället visas en version av meddelandet som oformaterad text, innehållande en bilaga med namnet Winmail.dat som inte kan visas eller öppnas.

Detta inträffar när e-postmeddelandet har skapats i formatet RTF (Rich Text Format) med bilagor. Om bilagan inte visas måste avsändaren skapa meddelandet på nytt, antingen som oformaterad text eller i HTML-format, så att meddelandet och bilagan kan visas på iPhone.
