На iPhone не отображается вложенный файл электронной почты
Признаки
При получении сообщений электронной почты с вложенными файлами (Word, Excel или PDF), отображаемых значком со скрепкой, вложенный файл может не отображаться для открытого сообщения. Вместо этого отображается сообщение в виде текста без форматирования с вложенным файлом Winmail.dat, который нельзя просмотреть или открыть.

Это происходит потому, что сообщение было создано в формате RTF (Rich Text Format) и имеет вложенные файлы. В этом случае, для того чтобы сообщения электронной почты можно было просматривать на iPhone, отправителю необходимо их создавать в формате HTML или в виде простого текста без форматирования.
