O iPhone não exibe os anexos do e-mail
Sintomas
Ao receber mensagens de e-mail com anexos (arquivos de Word, Excel ou PDF), representados pelo ícone de um clipe de papel, o anexo pode não ser exibido quando a mensagem for aberta. Em vez disso, uma versão em texto normal da mensagem será recebida contendo um anexo chamando Winmail.dat que não pode ser aberto ou visualizado.

Isso acontece quando a mensagem de e-mail está em RTF (Rich Text Format) com anexos. Se não estiver, o remetente do e-mail terá de escrever a mensagem sem formatação ou em HTML para que ela possa ser visualizada no iPhone.
