iPhone viser ikke vedlegg i e-post
Symptomer
Ved mottak av e-postmeldinger med vedlegg (Word-, Excel- eller PDF-filer), som angis av binderssymbolet, blir kanskje ikke vedlegget vist når meldingen åpnes. I stedet mottas en ren tekstversjon av meldingen med et vedlegg som har navnet Winmail.dat, som ikke kan vises eller åpnes.

Det skjer når e-postmeldingen lages i RTF (rikt tekstformat) med vedlegg. Hvis ikke, må avsenderen av e-postmeldingen lage meldingen i enten vanlig tekst eller HTML, slik at den kan vises på iPhone.
