Op de iPhone wordt de bijlage in een e-mailbericht niet weergegeven
Symptomen
Wanneer u een e-mailbericht met een bijlage ontvangt (Word-, Excel- of PDF-bestanden) die wordt aangegeven met een paperclip, wordt de bijlage mogelijk niet weergegeven wanneer u het bericht opent. In plaats daarvan ontvangt u een tekstversie van het bericht met een bijlage Winmail.dat die u niet kunt weergeven of openen.

Oplossing
Dit gebeurt wanneer het e-mailbericht wordt opgesteld in RTF-indeling met bijlagen. Als dit niet het geval is, moet de afzender het bericht opstellen als tekstbericht of HTML-bericht zodat deze op de iPhone kan worden bekeken.
