iPhone でメールの添付ファイルを表示できない
現象
添付ファイル (Word、Excel、または PDF ファイル) があることを示すペーパークリップアイコンの付いたメールを受信したとき、メッセージを開いても添付ファイルが表示されない場合があります。プレーンテキストバージョンのメッセージと共に、「Winmail.dat」という名前の添付ファイルを受信しますが、このファイルを表示／開くことができません。

解決方法
RTF (リッチテキストフォーマット) で作成されたメッセージに添付ファイルが含まれていると、このような問題が起こります。添付書類を開けない場合は、iPhone で表示できるよう、プレーンテキストか HTML でメッセージを送り直してもらうよう、送信者に依頼してください。Outlook からプレーンテキストまたは HTML 形式のメールを送信する方法については、Microsoft の KB 記事 How e-mail message formats affect Internet e-mail messages in Outlook (英語の情報です) を参照してください。
