iPhone viser ikke bilaget i en e-post
Symptomer
Når du modtager e-post, der indeholder bilag (Word-, Excel- eller PDF-dokumenter), angivet med et papirclipssymbol, vises bilaget muligvis ikke, når beskeden åbnes. I stedet modtager du en almindelig tekstversion af beskeden, som indholder et bilag med navnet Winmail.dat, der ikke kan hverken vises eller åbnes.

Dette sker, når e-posten med bilag oprettes som RTF (Rich Text Format). Hvis det sker, er afsenderen af e-postbeskeden nødt til at oprette beskeden enten som almindelig tekst eller som HTML, så den kan vises på iPhone.
