解決方案 1
如果電腦有過期的軟體驅動程式，您將電腦與 iPhone 或 iPod touch 同步時，就可能會造成奇怪的使用狀態。雖然任何驅動程式軟體都有可能導致問題，但是在大部份的情況下，只要更新電腦的 Logitech QuickCam/Webcam 產品、Lexmark 掃描器和某些內建媒體讀卡機的驅動程式，就可以解決問題。如需更新驅動程式的其他協助，請參閱 HT1768 一文。只要將驅動程式更新完畢，您就應該能夠同步 iPhone 拍攝的照片或 iPod touch 中儲存的照片。
