증상
iPod touch, 원래 iPhone 또는 iPhone 3G에서 컴퓨터로 스냅샷을 전송하려 할 때 장비에 새 사진이 있는 경우에도 사진 관리 소프트웨어에서 전송할 사진이 없다는 메시지를 표시할 수 있습니다.

해결
장비가 잠겨 있고 암호를 사용하는 경우 iPod touch 또는 iPhone은 컴퓨터로 사진을 전송하지 않습니다.
사진을 전송하려면 장비의 잠금을 해제하여 사진을 전송하면 됩니다.
