Устранение неисправностей
Сначала проверьте наличие устройства в диспетчере устройств (щелкните правой кнопкой мыши по значку «Мой компьютер», выберите пункт «Управление», а затем — «Диспетчер устройств»). Если в диспетчере устройств Windows не отображаются никакие устройства, см. далее.
