Resolução
Verifique primeiro o Gerenciador de Dispositivos (clique com o botão direito do mouse em Meu Computador, escolha Gerenciar e selecione Gerenciador de Dispositivos). Se não houver qualquer dispositivo no Gerenciador de Dispositivos do Windows, continue a ler este documento.
