Oplossing
Controleer eerst Apparaatbeheer (klik met de rechtermuisknop op Deze computer, kies Beheren en selecteer vervolgens Apparaatbeheer). Als er geen apparaten verschijnen in Windows Apparaatbeheer, leest u verder.
