L'iPod non viene riconosciuto e Gestione periferiche di Windows è vuoto
L'iPod non viene visualizzato in Esplora risorse o in iTunes?
iTunes 7 per Windows, iPod, iTunes 8 for Windows, Windows XP
Controlla innanzitutto Gestione periferiche (fai clic con il pulsante destro del mouse su Risorse del computer, scegli Gestione e quindi seleziona Gestione periferiche). Se in Gestione periferiche di Windows non sono visualizzate periferiche, continua a leggere.
Se il problema ha iniziato a verificarsi subito dopo l'aggiornamento di Windows XP al Service Pack 2, per prima cosa consulta il seguente articolo:

Se il problema ha iniziato a verificarsi subito dopo l'aggiornamento di Windows XP al Service Pack 3, consulta il seguente articolo: KB Microsoft n. 953791.
