Lösung
Überprüfen Sie zunächst den Geräte-Manager (klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf "Arbeitsplatz", wählen Sie "Verwalten" und anschließend "Geräte-Manager"). Wenn im Windows Geräte-Manager keine Geräte angezeigt werden, lesen Sie weiter.
