When attempting to connect to the iTunes Store or activate your iPhone, you may see the following error message:

"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occurred (11333)."

Resolution

Update to iTunes 7.5 or later to resolve this issue.

    Windows: Choose Help > Check for Updates.
    Mac: Choose iTunes > Check for Updates.
