解決
若要解決此問題，請按照以下的步驟執行：
- 打開 Internet Explorer。
- 在“工具”選單中點按“網際網路選項”。
- 選擇“進階”標籤頁。
- 在“安全性”區域下尋找“使用 SSL 3.0”和“使用 TLS 1.0”。請務必選擇至少一個註記框，然後點按“確定”(您可以兩個註記框都選)。
