安装 iTunes for Windows 时，安装可能无法完成，同时 Windows 可能会显示如下信息：“iTunesSetup.exe 不是有效的 Win32 应用程序”。

解决

在某些情况下，换用其他 Web 浏览器下载 iTunes，可能即可解决此问题。 如果没有其他 Web 浏览器而使用的是 Internet Explorer，则请按下列步骤删除可能会妨碍 iTunes 安装程序正常下载的临时 Internet 文件：

  1. 从此电脑删除 iTunesSetup.exe 的所有副本。
  2. 打开 Internet Explorer。 
  3. 选取“工具”>“删除浏览的历史记录”。

  4. 在跳出窗口的“临时 Internet 文件”部分中，点按“删除文件”。
  5. 点按“是”。
  6. 点按“关闭”。
  7. 退出 Internet Explorer，然后将其打开。
  8. 再次下载并安装 iTunes 。

如果问题仍然存在，请尝试使用下列步骤：

  1. 找到并删除所下载 QuickTimeInstaller.exe 和 iTunesSetup.exe 的所有副本。
  2. 先下载最新版本的 QuickTime（不带 iTunes）。 确保可打开 QuickTime Player，然后再前往下一步。
  3. 下载最新版本的 iTunes。 重要信息：当系统提示是要运行还是要保存 iTunesSetup.exe 时，点按“运行”。
