如果软件会影响 Windows 兼容电脑在 Internet 上发送和接收信息，则可导致访问 iTunes Store 时出错，或完全阻止对商店进行访问。
无法访问 iTunes Store，或其中某些部分不可用。其中包括：
- 下载内容（音乐、视频或游戏）
- iPod 软件更新
- 使用 Gracenote 服务（选取“高级”>“获取 CD 轨道名称”时使用）

解决
很多连接问题可通过将 Internet 过滤软件配置为识别 iTunes 应用程序和 iTunes Store 地址（如下所列）来解决。
您可以将 Internet 软件配置为允许 iTunes 访问 Internet。如果使用的是 Norton 个人防火墙或 Norton 网络安全特警，则需要在防火墙设置中启用 iTunes。
