iTunes för Windows: Anslutningsproblem när Internetfilter, acceleratorer eller brandväggar används
Symptom
Programvara som påverkar hur Windows-kompatibla datorer skickar och tar emot information via Internet kan orsaka problem eller helt förhindra att datorn ansluter till iTunes Store.
Det går inte att komma åt iTunes Store, eller också är vissa delar inte tillgängliga. Detta omfattar:
- Hämtning av innehåll (musik, videor och spel)
- iPod-programuppdateringar
- Användning av Gracenote-tjänsten (används när du väljer Avancerat > Hämta CD-spårnamn)
- Hämtning av bildmaterial till album
- Aktivering av en iPhone eller iPod touch

Upplösning
Många anslutningsproblem kan lösas genom att programvaran för Internetfiltrering konfigureras så att den identifierar iTunes-programmet och adresserna till iTunes Store (som visas nedan).
Du kan konfigurera Internetprogramvaran så att iTunes tillåts ansluta till Internet. Om du använder Norton Personal Firewall eller Norton Internet Security måste du aktivera iTunes i brandväggsinställningarna.

Om du använder programvara för Internetfiltrering från en annan leverantör läser du dokumentationen för den programvaran eller vänder dig till leverantören för att få information om hur du lägger till Internetadresserna till iTunes Store.
